Rash help!

My dd is 20 months and is just recovering from chicken pox (had it 2 weeks now). She now has a new rash that has appeared over the last couple of days that is very itchy. She also has a cold. I'm not sure if I should take her the walk in centre or not. She is fine in herself but very itchy and struggling to sleep. She is a nightmare when I comes to medication so tried piriton last night but ended up having to put it in pear puree and it didn't seem to do much anyway! Her skin is bumpy where the rash is and is much worse in her nappy area but is also on face legs and arms.
My first thought was what has she eaten as she has allergies but now I'm unsure if it is food related. Has anyone seen this before?

Its hard to tell from the photos, but as she has recently had chickenpox and is still poorly, it could just be a generic viral rash.

Or mine used to pick up impetigo at the drop of a hat! It’s a fungal infection that gets in through open wounds (eg chickenpox) although impetigo spots are usually more pronounced. Highly contagious amongst kids if they have open wounds or weakened immune systems. But rare for adults to catch it.

Yeah, pics could be better, my phone is crap! I don't think it's impetigo from images online. It's more of a wide spread, red raised area, slightly bumpy. It seemed to be more pronounced after her bath this morning. It's almost like I've covered her in a lotion or cream that hasn't agreed with her skin but I haven't and nor has my dp. Doesn't seem to be on her torso much until you get to wear her nappy is, then it's really bad.

I would phone 111 especially if she’s had chickenpox. Hard to tell from pictures what rash is like but I know Scarlet Fever for instance can be worse if child has just had chickenpox (don’t think it looks like that)

Probably is viral but 111 or pharmacist could probably advise
