GP raising concerns with my HV

Hi everyone|!
I'm looking for a bit of advice here i'm just wondering if anyone can help me out with some good advice or even their thoughts which would be very much appreciated.
Last year a GP within our practice misdiagnosed me with a DVT. I complained to the manageress of the practice who did look into it however she 'defended' her GP to a certain extent and told me if I wasn't happy with the response to seek advice elsewhere. I did turn to patient relations who after looking at the overall situation advised me to take it to the General Medical Council who to my surprise decided to investigate. The practice manageress 'didn't renew the GP's contract' following the start of the investigation (summer 2017) but has also went dry with myself since. Our usual GP we haven't been able to access since the summer and I have called in regularly trying to get an appointment with him (usual GP) given I have important things to discuss with himself regarding my two year olds health (he's under a cardiologist). Every time I have called up I have been offered an appointment with the nurse and had the manageress come on the phone hounding me with questions as to why I want to see tht specific GP!? When \I have told her she has told me/requested I try the chemist first...so I call the chemist and they tell me to see my GP! I call back my GP practice (to find the manageress on the other side of the phone) and tell her what I have been told. She then offers to take a message ('instead of making an appointment why don't you leave a message') and tells me to call back after 4 oclock when his(GP's) surgery finishes. I complained to my HV on three occasions now and she went to the surgery to question the GP/surgery. They told her I have been calling in continuously (one day on four occasions) and they also told her I had been given an appointment with the practice nurse for my child but cancelled (my toddler had tummy trouble at last min and needed a sit down- I told the receptionist this when I called in at last min).
I feel like the surgery manageress is turning it around on myself and was mortified when our HV called me up asking to speak with me.When I asked her if their was a problem she replied 'yes and no'. She went on to tell me that her plans were to request to see all the times I had called in! Folloing that she called me up a few days later and told me that I have been calling in a few times, however...four times in one day wasn't normal. I told her mabey she had to hear my reasons why I had called in however...she doesn't seem very convinced. Advice, comments please anyone? Much appreciated.Thank you.

Why did you call in 4 times in one day?

claire12345678 · 15/12/2017 23:08

For that reason.
I called in first thing in the morning for an appointment for my DD and the receptionist (gatekeepers) said 'one moment please' and passed the manageress on the phone (don't know why).
She asked me what the problem was so I told her. She told me to try the chemist so I did. The chemist (knowing my DD is under a paediatric cardiologist and currently on antibiotics) told me that because of those two reasons they had to advise me on speaking with DD's GP.
I called back the surgery and found the manageress on the phone again. I told her what the chemist told me. She wasn't happy.
She told me 'instead of making an appointment then i'll pass on the message, call back after four oclock to see if he (the GP) has said anything'.
I call back after 4 (as requested) and she tells me he's still not answered call back in another hour (after five).
