To doc, or not to doc?

DD (11mo) has has a cough and cold for almost two weeks. She saw the doc after a week to rule out ear and chest infection. All fine. Her temp was 37-38', normalised with Calpol.

Friday - she was very sick three times.
Saturday - mainly okay
Sunday - gross diarrhoea (only three times but watery, yellow and gross-smelling) and sick after dinner.

She smells slightly of ketones.

She's eating and drinking reasonably (less than usual, but we just keep offering her plain-ish food and lots of water/formula, she doesn't drink water very well at all).

She's also teething hard (three coming through).

She's quite well 'in herself' if a bit grumpy.

She's sleeping more than usual, but not lethargic when she's awake.

She's also just started nursery - so has come into contact with lots of new germs.

Would you take her to the doc tomorrow, or just ride it out and keep a close eye in case she seems weak or stops eating/drinking.

I would say see how she is. Starting nursery is tough. And her immune system will do a lot of developing in next few months.
If you don't think she's right then take her. You know your baby and if you think she's poorly then take her.

Thanks lucky you're right, we'll make a judgement call in the morning.

It's just a bit confusing as her symptoms are dramatic and horrid, but she seems not to be massively bothered by it, and the symptoms have been spread over several days, rather than being consistently ill for a day or two, then starting to recover.

My boy is sometimes sick if he has an ear infection.
Or if he has a sickness bug we have to cut out dairy for a couple of days to let his tummy recover (he continues to be sick or loose poos etc if we give him dairy).

Starting nursery is really tough. Both mine were poorly just after.
I remember with DD her getting AB's 3 weeks after she started because the virus was going on too long.
