Sudden sickness after milk

My DD has just turned 3. Every morning she has a drink of whole milk about 7am. Twice over the last two weeks she has drank it and after about 10 minutes said she doesn't feel well and her belly hurts. Then she is sick. The milk is not off, tastes and smells fine. After she's been sick she is absolutely fine. Any advice please?

stop giving her milk? apart from that not sure what else you can do!

So she's had milk every other day and been fine?

I'd cut out the milk and see how she goes.

Is it maybe too much on an empty stomach? Does she always feel ill or only obthd days she has thrown up? Have you changed milk brands recently?

Sukistjames · 01/09/2017 18:57

Thereal yes, every other day she's had it she's been fine except two.

Ttbb now. You've got me wondering about brands. Sometimes I get it from the local shop rather than the supermarket so it may be that.
On occasion over the last couple of weeks she has said her tummy hurts and she's not been sick.

Will keep an eye on her. Thank you all Smile

Has she had a cold? DD used to be sick when the phlegm she had swallowed overnight (yuck) curdled with the milk first thing.

What is she having with the milk? It might be a food combo issue. I used to have cereal with milk and orange juice, this would make me incredibly nauseated. Milk and orange not a good mix for me!
