Which tooth brushing time is 'more important, morning or night?

Obviously I know they are both important, but if you had to choose? The reason is that I need to brush DD's teeth myself once a day, and her to do it the other time. At the moment, I do night time, but was just musing which is probably better for me to do. Occasionally, I have a quick brush after she has finished in the morning.

I don't understand why you can only help her once a day, but I'd say the evening one is more important as you are scrubbing off everything she's eaten all day effectively whereas the morning nothing has really touched her teeth all night!

The night one I'd say, I'm in a similar situation with ds (10 ffs!?) he hates brushing his teeth, and does a half arsed job, so I do either one or the other myself, so i know he's at least getting one decent brush a day.

She needs to learn to do them herself; she is seven, but has enamel hypoplasia so the dentist suggested carrying on one brush. In the mornings, I tend to supervise and give them a quick brush if I think she has missed a bit! My older Dd did her own from about 7 all the time.

Darlkly, do you find it quite hard brushing someone else's teeth? I am really struggling as she gets bigger, can no longer do my 10year old's - no manual dexterity here!

No, I don't find it difficult. Would an electric help?

They use electric. Must just be me! I will persist!
