My 2 year old DD has had a constant runny nose for the past week without any other symptoms. Has anyone had a experience of this or know what could be causing it?

That could be a few things or nothing really..

Is it seasonal, do you think? It could be dust? or any type of very mild allergy?

Same with my 15 month but it's been going on for about six months! Haven't got to the bottom of why... could it be teething for your dd, has she got all her teeth yet?

with my son it was pet allergies

Hay fever? Rhinitis? Any new foods/toiletries she's tried recently?

When I was 19 (only 2 years ago, naturally 🤣) I suddenly developed a very irritated runny nose. Literally couldn't stop sneezing. I'd never had hay fever, allergies etc. before. I went to the gp, he examined me and said whatever is disagreeing with you you won't be able to avoid it e.g. Dust. Took a steroid nasal spray every day for about 6 years, then it magically all went away as mysteriously as it started .

My point is these things can come and go, and there may or may not be a reason. Best get her checked out at gp's.

She hasn't had anything new recently.. she's such a fussy eater! We have a cat, but she's been exposed to him from birth. You guys could could be right, it could be an allergy of some sort. I'll have her checked out x
