My 3 week old dd seem to have one on her neck. I read that on the neck they may not fade. Anyone's dc had one on the neck and did it fade, by when or did it stay?

My youngest has one on the nape of her neck, it's faded slightly but not much. It's partially hidden now her hair has fully grown in, I find it becomes more prominent when she's cold/hot or been in the sun. She doesn't care about it and quite likes to show it off :)

As a massage therapist, I would find them on the backs of ppl's necks, all adults. Women usually hid it with long hair, only saw one guy with buzz cut hair have one. I didnt know what they were at first, and since it was almost always on the back of the neck at the hairline, I thought they may have been bacterial infections (warm area, under hair). My dermatologist gave me the truth though.
