DD injured foot - A&E?

Really hoping you all say no A&E as I'm completely alone with 3DC until tomorrow afternoon

DS1 opened a door on DD's toes, she screamed for a while but is now calm
A lot of skin has come off, there's blood everywhere and she's lost 2 toe nails
Got her soaking it in water atm so I can assess the damage and it's looking like she might lose another nail, it's completely black

I don't know what to do
Help?

Nothing's broken or fractured thank God!

Just waiting for someone to come and stitch her up and dress it
She's had some gas & air and some anti-sickness stuff and they've put her prescription in for anti-biotics now so we don't have a big wait after we're done

The baby is not enjoying this afternoon!
Hopefully we'll be home for dinnertime, we missed lunch and DS1 is getting a bit hangry now

I really wasn't going to take her to A&E until the opinion on here was so unanimous, and clearly she really did need to be there
