it is so hard to know what is 'normal' and what isnt. At the moment my 6 year old DS has a light rash over his chest and back - he has had it for 3 days now but is perfectly fine with no temperature or anything. My other son (7) complained of a sore knee yesterday and now has a small moveable lump which doesnt hurt when i push and prod it (he is normal with no fever etc).

So, i think they are both not serious and dont need to go to the doctors.... but just Googled them and read scary articles about all sorts of cancers and diseases!

So, how do you know when it is serious and to take them to the doctor (FYI getting a doctors appointment is not easy!)???

Go and see a pharmacist they will advise you Smile (then if they need a GP you can tell the surgery that you were told by a pharmacist).
