Dd (2.5) is waking up with a swollen/puffy face

For the second morning dd has woken up with a puffy or swollen face. Her cheeks and eyes are puffed up.

Not sure what it can be. It went down slowly yesterday, by late afternoon it was back to normal. But now it is back.

Is it worth a GP appointment?

We played potty all morning and early afternoon. Didn't catch one. But her swelling has gone down substantially.
