I finally took dd to the gp today about her eczema which has been progressing on her wrists (aside: it's a pimply variety - very strange. I had concerns that it might be the gluten skin dermatitis, but apparently not).
Anyways, she sent me off with two scripts, one messy one for night time and one for using during the day and as soap. I came out of the pharmacy with three things, and none of the labels bear much resemblance to what I was advised. Any experienced hands welcome to help me?
We have:
A tub of white soft paraffin. I'm thinking this is the messy night time stuff?
A dispenser of epaderm cream
A dispenser of doublebase
Both of the dispensers mention regular and liberal use, plus as a soap. So what is the difference between them?
