That's it really. Three times in the last week, DD (5 in jan) has puked not long after falling asleep. Only once and then she goes back to sleep. She has been complaining of tummy ache, but is otherwise well, eating, playing etc, if a little crankier than normal. She is probably asthmatic and we are trying to get her to use inhaler, but vomiting doesn't seem to be triggered by coughing. ideas? Obviously will take her to GP if it continues, but not in UK so would rather not stump up €55 if not necessary

DS1 is asthmatic and is phlegmy ( lovely!). His asthma is brought on by colds and has often been sick out of nowhere and I've always put it down to swallowing the phlegm. It would fit with the sore tummy as well.

Yes, that what I reckon too. She is phlegmy as well

I put books under one end of his bed and give him two pillows to prop him up. He also cuts down on milk and other dairy until it passes.

When I read thread title I thought asthma and phlegm as well. Do her inhaler before bed and give her extra pillows.
