Anyone know if teething can cause reflux/vomiting?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I'm relatively new to mn.

Dd was absolutely fine this morning, running around as normal but didn't want any breakfast. She didn't eat much last night and she's a bit up and down with her food so I didn't think much of it until she ran to show me she'd been a bit sick on her arm. She did look a bit pale but she didn't appear to have tummy ache and continued to run around and play happily. I gave her a bit of lunch which she happily ate (demanded to share DH chocolate cake with him) and drank two cups of water in one go which is unusual for her as she usually sips. Then about 30 mins later she brought up about a teaspoon of watery sick which seemed to take her by surprise.
She is currently dancing and spinning around the frount room and doesn't look unwel in the slightest so a bit baffled. She has been holding her ears a bit and doesn't have many teeth for her age so wondered if it could be a sympom of teeth brewing? Shes not showing any other signs of teething though Confused
Any ideas?

Oh, anyone?
Shall I take the silence as a no then?

Hi, don't have much useful advice but didn't want to read and run!

How old is your DD? I'm not sure whether teething can cause a bit of reflux or vomiting - I haven't seen it. Could she just have a very low grade bug maybe?

I've had occasions when the DC have just vomited once and then that's it, but it's definitely been a bug because then other children in the area have had it.

Sorry not to be very useful - hope she is back to her usual self soon.

Thank you. She tucked into dinner, couldn't get it in her face fast enough! And when she was sick it was more like reflux in that she didn't reach or burp or anything, it just came up if you know what I mean. When ds has been poorly it's totally different. She's been pooing a lot today which seems to have made her little bottom really sore bless her and that seems to be bothering her more then anything else. well I guess we'll find out if anyone else in the house gets poorly.
