My daughter was knocked over aged 1 ish and immediately one of her front teeth looked greyer, dentist said all ok.

She's now 4 and over the past two months its gone black.

Went dentist gave her antibiotics?, she says its sore occasionally but I'm not sure.

She has loads of health probs , so this isn't important but just wonder what I can do to improve things?

Take her to the dentist. It's dead I guess, I don't know if they need to take it out or if it might fall out soonish anyway.

My DS fell badly onto his face aged 4 and his two front teeth went grey and then black. Dentist checked them, as both secure and not painful left them in until they fell out naturally aged seven. Purely for cosmetic purposes she put some white coating on them to make them less noticeable, but effectively he had 3 years with discoloured teeth, and got used to smiling with his mouth closed in official photos.

I guess I worry because she has a feeding tube, short stature etc and other kids already notice this without the added extra of a black tooth.

My dd fell age 1 and chipped both top teeth. One went grey the other was ok. Dentist checked every few months and so long as it doesn't give her any trouble can just wait until it falls out naturally. Might be worth asking about having it coated so it isn't obvious?
