Hello, any advice would be really appreciated don't know if I'm making a mountain out of a molehill.

My DS has been really lethargic all day and slept more than usual. He ate some solids, not as much as usual, but had his usual quota of milk. He fell asleep on me twice today which is unheard of, except when putting him down for the night. He's not got any rashes, isn't snotty, has had normal poo and wee. There are no other symptoms I can see. I've just never seen him this lethargic, he's always full of energy, even when he's been ill before. I think he may be teething...could the lethargy be linked to this?

He has just recovered from a virus last week, and he's been right as rain until today.

At the moment we have a dehumidifier in the flat as there was a massive leak under the floorboards. Yesterday we took up the floorboards and there is a huge amount of mould underneath. Could this be causing some kind of illness? I've googled it but can't find anything useful.

Does anyone have any advice or words of wisdom? My DH says I'm making a big deal of nothing as he has no other symptoms but I'm still worried.

Thank you go advance if you reply. X

If you are worried enough to post on here, I'd ring NHS direct.

Probably nothing but I'd ring NHS direct (or 111 if that's operational in your area). I've found them to be very helpful, they'll either reassure you nothing's wrong or refer you to see someone who can hopefully reassure you there is nothing wrong. It's worth it for the peace of mind

Thanks both for replying. Thought I'd leave it until morning and he's woken up in fine form! Worried over nothing, thank goodness.
