? Reaction to 12 week injections

DS 2 had his 12 week(second lot of vaccinations) today, was fine afterwards but when he woke up from his evening nap he was uncontrollably crying and had developed a rash over his tummy and towards his chest.
No temp but thought that he could be in pain so gave him a dose of calpol.
The rash looks a lot like prickly heat and is tender to touch, is it an allergic reaction?
Do I need to report it to anyone? And what about future vaccines? Would it be safe to give them?

I would get him checked out today at that age. See what the GP says. I doubt it's bad enough to justify stopping future injections. It's worth getting it down in the notes that they reacted with a rash.

My dd1's worst reaction to any jab was the 12 week ones. She didn't react at all to the 16 week one.

Google yellow card - you can report it there but do see your GP too
