What's wrong with the tiny one?

Evening.
I'm going to mention everything that I think might be a factor but I don't know how much of it is relevant.
On Thursday I started giving DD (13m) cows milk as a drink instead of formula. She liked it and I gave her more water to drink as well to make up for the lesser volume. There might have been a slight drop-off in her appetite, but nothing significant. She eats really well and sleeps well, and is generally a very uncomplaining little one.
Yesterday morning (Monday) we woke up to an enormous poonami - poor little duck was soaked in liquidy poo, right through her jammies. She seemed OK in herself though and there were no further episodes through the day. She also seemed to have a very slight cough, and was definitely a bit off her food, so we thought maybe a minor cold.
This morning she managed breakfast (porridge with sultanas) but couldn't really be bothered with lunch (chicken sandwich, grapes, yogurt). Not like her. This afternoon she went for her routine immunisations inc MMR. I mentioned the background to the HV who thought it was fine to go ahead.
She hardly ate any supper and she looked a bit coldy. She's not upset, just a little out of sorts. This evening she had her bath and then just as I was about to put her to bed, an enormous liquidy poo explosion which went on for quite a while - 3 nappy changes one after another. I tried to get her to take some water but she wasn't interested, just wanted to sleep. She's now absolutely fast asleep.
My worry is: tummy bug? reaction to milk? too many sultanas/grapes? possibility for dehydration, should I wake her up to drink? Is this all just perfectly normal for a little bug? She has so far never been ill at all and she is so uncomplaining that I worry she won't yell if she's really poorly.
Advice please?

Never been ill so far? wow!

It is unlikely to be a reaction to cow's milk unless she was on q specialist formula before.

The sudden appetite loss and squits says illness to me. If she is having wet nappies she is lijely to be ok. Can you go and squish the gel in her nappy while she sleeps? Check it's filling up so to speak...

If she becomes unrousable or unresponsive then that is the time to worry.
Any concerns at all Dont hesitate to call out of hours for advice not NHS re-direct

No, honestly she's never been ill other than a cold which lasted 2 days. She's got 13 teeth and never a sleepless night with teething. Probably why I'm so concerned now - I'm just not used to minor illness!
She's had cow's milk on cereal and in things like scrambled egg before, just not in drinking quantities, I just thought maybe the sudden switch might have upset her? She's probably had about 350ml of cow's milk all day and maybe about 200ml of water in total. I'd say her bedtime nappy (before the poonami) was less heavy than I would have expected normally.

Well the only thing that has changed is her intro to cows milk. Could you take her off it completley and then observe and then reintroduce in two weeks and observe again?

She may be intolerant.
