Horners syndrome

My 4 mo DS has been diagnosed with ''mild horners syndrome'. He had a traumatic c section delivery for breech presentation and received brachical palsy injury to his right arm and shoulder as a result of the delivery. He had physiotherapy from 5 days old and his arm has now made a full recovery. The horners syndrome affects his right eye. We have been told that he has about a 90% chance of his eye correcting itself as he grows. However, everything I have read about horners syndrome says that it is caused by a nerve avolution meaning that the nerve damage is permanent. Does anyone have any experience with horners in thief babies/children? Have they recovered? Has their vision been affected? Felling very confused about my DS prognosis. All experiences welcome, thank you x
