What, if anything, should I do about Dd's tooth after a knock in the mouth?

Dd was smacked in the tooth this afternoon by a metal hoop during PE. It's her front incisor which is only partly grown. The hoop swung into her gum/tooth and has cut the gum and it looks bruised too.

I don't know whether, as it's a big tooth, she should see a dentist or if that's over reacting as it's not wobbly or chipped/cracked.

What do you think?

Is a hefty knock likely to damage the tooth that's still in the gum? Do I need to do anything in particular? She says it's sore but that could just be because her gum is bruised.

I'd go too. Just to be on the safe side.
