Dd3 has a high temp - how much fluid should I be getting in to her?

Dd3 (who is 5) woke up miserable in the night with a high temp. Gave her paracetamol and she slept till we woke her just after 7. I took her temp then with our not brilliant thermometer and it came out at 39.3. After about three hours she felt cooler and it was 38.5. Just given more calpol and took temp again and it's now reading 39.5 BUT the thermometer really is crap and I'm not too focused on the numbers - just the trend really. It was up, it went down, now back up but hopefully should go down in a few hours. She doesn't wnt to eat, which is fine, but I'm a bit mithered about fluids. I reckon I've got about 120ml in to her this morning. Is that enough? I will freely admit to being a bit paranoid about this - working in a hospital renal unit has that effect!
No other symptoms to worry about, no throat soreness, no ear pain, no pain when she went to the loo, no d or v. She is very snuffly and coughing a bit. Just hoping it isn't flu........

Ds3 was 38.8 this am and is now 37.4 w/out calpol so thinking school again tomorrow (not least for the Christmas party and to allay fears over the colour of his party hat). Hoping your dd is better soon Xmas Smile.
