Travel Sickness on a Train?

Ds1 gets terribly travel sick in the car or on a plane. His longest train journey to date is 15 minutes but in half term we're going on a two hour train journey. What do you think are his chances? If you or your dc get travel sick, do you/they suffer equally on a train?

Avoid those awful tilting ones. Everyone at work laughs at me for getting the slow one instead. I dont get travel sick on planes though unless there is turbulence. Its hard with a child keeping them occupied but looking down at anything, eg trying to read a map always sets me off.

I never get travel sick, but that speedy Euston-Liverpool service used to make me so ill when I was pregnant.
