Could this be related to 2nd molars

DD is 2.4 has been a bit off colour on and off for a week or so...often complaining of belly ache (although she says this one minute and then says it's gone the next Hmm ) and her poos have been quite loose and (sorry if TMI) a bit sort of mucusy at times. She's also been a bit lethargic and has complained about being tired.
She has no temp or anything like that, and other than this is she's generally fit, well and healthy. I know her molars are pushing at the gums as I can feel them and I just wondered if they can affect toddlers just as much as when the baby teeth were coming? (she suffered quite a lot at the time)
I don't want to rush her down to the GP unnecessarily as she just doesn't seem unwell IYKWIM? The only other thing I can think of is that she might have developed some sort of food intolerance or allergy or something, but how likely is that to suddenly happen at this age?

Any advice?

She may have started with a tummy upset which has developed into a temporary intolerance?

Dd is almost 2 and still has 'teething problems' so I'd think it possible tbh. I always thought teething 'illness' was a myth, ds never suffered, then I had dd - high temps, runny nappies, flushed face, grumpy, sleepless, the lot.

thanks worryingwillow yes we had runny nappies and all sorts with her other teeth, but all this has coincided with potty training now, so not sure what to make of it all. Have done nothing but wipe her runny nose for a week too, although she hasn't got a cold... She seems OK today, but still very tired/clingy. Oh the joys!
