As it says in the title really - not very regularly - maybe once a month. He also doesnt tell me its happened and continues with activities and even sits in it. He is intolerant to gluten but thats been cut out now - and its also the whole not even telling me its happened thing Im also worried about.

Yes my DS does this (and no gluten intolerance). He only does it at home though which makes me wonder if it is a 'can't be bothered to go to the toilet' thing. Sorry no advice but I would love to hear some!!!! DS is also not night time toilet trained.

Oh yes I did take him to the GP who did not seem concerned and said if you are worried in the future talk to the school nurse - helpful!

Yes it does happen to one of mine. He suffers from chronic constipation though and this can be a sign that I need to get him back on Movicol, lots of fluids and a strict after breakfast to the loo routine for a while.

Mine does occasionally (more and more occasionally as it happens) - now 7

We have instigated "Poo O'clock". Everyone in the house goes and sits on the loo before school. That way if there's one in there, it'll come out.

Both my little boys will automatically stand and whip out their willies when they're going to the loo - forgetting why they've gone in there. Trouble follows not long after - in the form of extra-skiddy pants and an unpleasant smell...

But 7 yo is definitely doing much much better than he was last year. Accidents only about 3 times a year now!

Yes - it's a lot more common than you'd think, just not the sort of thing people tend to ease into the conversation with other Mums in the playground Smile. Once a month is nothing - try several times a day in our darkest times Sad.
