Well now I kow that pains like this are quite common and normal amongst healthy young adults...my BIL had them and saw the doctor who told him it was normal in fit young adults...I have had them myself too! It's a sort of cramp....but I don't know about a child...your description sounds like the ones I have had though...it REALLY hurts for a moment....now if you are really worried, you could ask for a 2nd opinion or a referral to a detician or similar?

It is possible also that she has an anal fissure which is deeper than normal...usually they are near the entrance but can be deeper within and they can hurt a lot...has she ever had a period of being constipated? that's when anal fissures tend to begin...can you remember any constipated times?

As her bowel movements are fine, one doubts that it could be celiac or something....irritable bowel syndrome comes with other symptoms such as bloating and bowel movements aren't good.

If it were me, I would go back to the Drs surgery and ask to see another doctor...
