My LOs nappies have changed from being normal and health to a little runny and somewhat milky? I have weaned from BF and been giving a little cows milk at 15 months. There didn't seem to be much change in the nappies until this week. I wonder if my LO has caught some kind of bug or is this related to the cows milk. His form is generally good.

My DD's nappies go like that when she is teething, and she doesn't drink much milk :)

What do you mean when you say nappies look milky - is it the consistency, colour, etc?

Has your LO been having things like yoghurt, butter, and milk in cooking since you started weaning around 6 months? If so, I would say it's unlikely to be a reaction to cow's milk protein but not impossible - some are fine with treated/ cooked/ cultured cow's milk but not OK with it to drink.
