Baby chest sucks in at either side

hi everyone, before I rush back to the doctors wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
My baby at 11.5 got bronchilitus and was in hospital for 4 days. The nurses pointed out that he was working hard to breathe and this was shown by these little points on his chest that go in when he breathes . Anyway he's now he's 14 weeks no cold symptoms but still has this indentation on either side of his chest.

Surely it should have gone by now?

Thanks

Take him to the doctors today and ask them to check this. This is not something you should mess around with nor is it something internet folk can reassure you on.

Sounds like he's still struggling to breathe. Get him checked. Good luck.

Definately get it checked, today. 7mo DD recently had this and I went straight to doctors. GP said it's a sign that she is struggling to breath and turned out she had a chest infection.

Will do . I ought to say I went to docs the week after we came out of hospital and everything was fine. But she said It would take a week for it to get better that was 2 weeks ago!

Take them back today. I sat and worried one day about mine and thought it's not right so they booked him straightaway. The dr took one l

Look and admitted him
To hosp straightaway. He needed nebs and oxygen and recovered quickly. Not trying to scare you but baby will tire quickly. Our lads was a viral induced wheeze from a cold which brought on an asthma type attack. He's never had one since and is not asthmatic. Docs will sort you out xx

You should take him to the doctor.
