Ds's top adult teeth are starting to come through but there looks like there is a big gap there-will these normally move into place and close together. Im not sure if his two bottom teeth were like this or not at first.

I'm sure that as he gets more big teeth they will force the gaps shut

yes, they have more adult teeth than baby ones and can look really gappy but it closes up

ditto.

Ah thank you I was worried I would need to save for braces as there's a big space between his top front adult teeth although they've not come through fully yet . I am hoping he will have nice straight teeth unlike myself as he isn't a thumb sucker and has never had a dummy Hmm

Hi can I just add a question/concern? Do the adult teeth straighten as they grow? DS has lost one tooth and has one wobbly at the bottom front.

The adult teeth were already growing in behind pushing them out. The first adult tooth looks straight, however the one growing behind the current wobbly tooth looks very twisted.

I had a nightmare teen life of orthadontic appointments, braces, night braces, extractions etc. I really don't want my DS to go through it as well!
