1 day she will have little green rabbit dropping like poo, then the next day bright orange soft poo. I am just wondering if this is normal as she had a bleed in her stomach around 5 weeks ago and dont really know what bright orange poo could be caused by. Sorry its a bit tmi

not sure bout the orange - but green means baby has had a sore tum sometimes with colic. my little boy had green ones, but not my daughter. he was bottle feed and she was breast not sure if it made a difference. hope this helps!

She has often had green ones but its the bright orange that has been over the last couple of weeks.

would maybe contact hv or even nhs direct as they are quite reassuring

I'm not sure how old she is, but is it something she's eating? DD2 loves the ella's kitchen veggie bake, and 4 bean feast, and they both turn her poo bright orange.

Hi Mummy :)

I would be more concerned if it was black (that would indicate old blood in GI tract) or and bright red blood could indicate a bleed further down. It could be something she's eaten. Are her stools normal in every other way? DD had every colour under the sun, dark red streaks when she had a bleed after a study into reflux - it would depend on what she ate but she also had bowel issues.
DD's GP said colour of poo is not a great indicator. Hope she is ok x

PS does she always have the rabbit dropping type? It sounds like she is a little constipated x
