Ask the practice nurse but normally a sniffle isn't a reason not to - they tend to advise delay if there's a fever or something more serious though.

with ds1 we did everything on time when it was due, jabs were horrible he was more than off colour for a few days.
i postponed jabs with ds2 because he was all snotty and grotty had everything two weeks late, and was 100% better than ds1.
ds3 had them two weeks late too. the gp (or even the receptionist= seriously-) tried to tell me that a little cold was no reason to postpone, i did, (receptionists at my gp seem to think they have the medical degree, Wink) postpone if your even a little worried imo, >

They won't do it if they're at all concerned. They wouldn't do dd's when she had a temp for example.

No temp but tickley cough and snotty nose I am tempted to hold off a week.

there is no rush to get them done, I would postpone.

DS hasn't had any of his injections on time! He is nearly 17 months and finally got his 13 month jabs today!

nightcat · 06/04/2011 21:10

I would postpone, don't wait for them to decide, go by your gut feeling - after all it's you who will need to live with it
Let him get well first, a few weeks or even months are not going to make much diff in the big scheme of things.
