Hi,
not sure if this post is in the right place cos im still relativley new here but I was just wondering if it's ok to use a shampoo such as pantene on my DS's hair who's turning 3 next month?

she's got masses of long hair (always has had since birth) and any other type (baby ones etc even herbal essence) just don't seem to tame it & once it dries it's all bitty (even though its trimmed regulary)

Does anyone know if this shampoo is ok to use on childrens hair??

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but im not sure myself???Blush

Thanks
D

My grandmother used to use mosturiser on my hair and it worked very well (she used whatever was on her dressing table). If it was very knotty she would put olive oil in the lower half my hair, brush it through and then shampoo it out. Worked everytime but don't use too much or your daughter will look like she has hit an oil slick.

I use normal shampoo and conditioner sometimes if they are in a co-operative mood, I'm sure it's fine at her age and if it would make brushing her hair easier that's got to be good.

There are natural shampoos and conditioners especially for children that don't contain as many of the harsh foaming agents that can irritate young skin (and eyes!).
