Hi, hope someone can advise. I am currently treating my daughters MC with Silver Particle Spray, cream containing thuja and a oral mixture made up by herbalist. Have been at it for just over 2 weeks. I just couldnt do the leave them alone treatment. Anyway have two questions. First is at the moment the spots are looking quite inflamed and red. Is this a good sign that the spots are going or is this a sign that the treatment is making them worse. Second question is how do you think I sound apply the treatment. Cream first then spray or Spray before cream.. I have been applying the cream and then spray but my DH thinks I should be doing it the other way round. This MC is a bloody nightmare...

No idea I just ignored the ones on my DC and they went away with no problems. In fact DC3 currently has them and I barely notice them.

Why can't you just leave them?

They are pretty bad and upsetting her. She now doesn't want to wear her leotard for gymnastics and is upset that she can't share dressing up clothes with friend etc. Not easy to ignore. Luckily it is just one arm at the moment. Am hoping that treating it will also stop it from spreading.

Not sure about the spray but ds's looked inflamed sometimes. I used tea tree oil everyday after his bath and it worked!

Why can't she share dressing up clothes?

Surely they all get it eventually. I must say I wouldn't be unduly upset if mine caught it again.

DD had it the worse and hers bled a bit but I just stuck some sudocream on them if they got sore or a plaster over them if they were rubbing.

The boys however, barely noticed they have/had it. I think DD used to scratch/itch/[ick at hers!

Yeah, 2 of mine have them right now and gp said they could last for up to 5yrs! dd1 has clusters on her neck which she is very conscious of, ds has a few of them on his torso and foot. wasnt aware that anything would help apart from time?

DS1 had them for a while, doctor said they could last years but went in weeks. Only 1 became red and inflamed and had to be treated with prescription cream, others came and went without problem and we ignored them. Never heard of treatment, hope they disappear soon.
