could cows milk cause constipation & eczema

My 19 month DD has eczema on her arms & sometimes her face and has been on & off constipated for 6 weeks. We have no idea what is causing her to be constipated, she eats so well, lots of veggies, fruit (no banana as that clogs her system) Has anyone come across the cows milk being a link to this ?

eczema-yes, lots of threads on this in the past, people who limited dairy managed to keep it in control; as for constipation, it could also be wheat overload

thanks, I will check the other threads out, I'm new to Mumsnet. could be wheat - she eats quite a bit of pasta. do you know anything about goats milk instead ? or back on the aptamil ?

when my ds was little (about 2), we ditched milk for a few months on advice of a dr (severe constipation, blood and all), later we reintroduced small amounts of dairy, eg cheese/yoghourt but we never went back to milk as such (I never liked it neither my ds), I then started using goats milk if making something that asks for milk.
My ds is wheat (gluten-free) and dairy-lite, although not for eczema reasons.
Afaik goats' it's easier to digest and also cows has too much calcium in proportion to Mg (Mg is a bit of a relaxant), goats apparently better on that front.
