ds (4) has been away at mil all weekend, apprently he was sick on fri night, wouldnt eat much yesterday and since I got home at 6pm has had really bad diahorra (sp?) he has a lactose intolerance as well as wheat and gluten allergies he says he has eaten something he shouldnt but his stomach is rock hard and here is the weird bit when he jumped off the toilet earlier you can hear water swishing around in his stomach really loudy kinda like when you shake a hot water bottle.

Any ideas what I should do if anything??

Ring OOH doctor or NHS Direct.

Maybe call your MIL first and ask her to tell you everything he has eaten and drunk since Friday.

The swishing is probably just because he hasn't eaten anything and his belly is just full of liquid. Is there any simple food you could give him to eat, a boiled egg maybe?
Keep giving him plenty to drink, keep an eye on him and ring the gp tomorrow morning.

Does he seem his normal self? If he actually seems ill ring NHS direct.

Surely MIL must be back by now? It's dark. Don't cemeteries close early in winter?

LittleMarshmallow · 21/11/2010 19:04

I called NHS direct the OOH is going to call me back to see him
