My DS, 4 is constantly hungry. To the extent where I took him to the GP today, in case it was worms!

For instance, this morning he has eaten a large bowl of porridge, a bowl of grapes, a beaker of milk, for breakfast. Nipped out to GP, when we came home he had another bowl of grapes, a slice of toast, and for the last 1.5 hours, he has been BEGGING for more food. I went into the kitchen to clear up and generally have a bit of a clean, and in the 30 minutes I was in there, he came in FIVE times to ask for more food, or to ask when lunch was. I am not going to give him biscuits or even more fruit because he won't eat his lunch if I do.

Have an 18m old DD too, and they both eat the same, at the same time, for lunch. Am not really able, time-wise to cook lunch at different times, or to be constantly cooking or getting food out throughout the day.

Advice? He is driving me mad, it is every 10 minutes.

Had not thought of boiled egs as snacks. Good idea!

Was thinking that today might have been because of boredom. Might offer fruit or toast or nothing else, in between meals. See what effect that has.

Going to increase breakfasts too. Cereal followed by toast, followed by fruit. It MUST fill him up eventually.

He had 3 sausages, waffles and veg for lunch. Followed by a bag of Malted Moo's, and a milk, followed by more grapes.

20 mins later he was hungry!!

He had one biscuit and has so far been quet, food-wise anyway!

Thanks for the reply
