Books for 7 year old boys.

Hello! I wondered if any of you lovely people had book suggestions for a 7 year old boy who is a reluctant reader? I've tried Roald Dahl, David Walliams etc. Harry Potter doesn't interest him. I'm stuck! Thanks x

The Boxcar Children series is a great mystery series for primary school children. The original book is a classic, but after that I recommend books numbered 20 and higher in the series (these were written by others after the original author's death).
