Struggling to find what's next. He's read some of the Percy Jackson stuff but runs out of steam not far into them. He doesn't like the bear Grylls books, the itch books, the Alex rider books. Has read all wimpy kid. Doesn't like David walliams. Tried him on Phillip Pullman but also no. Has read maze runner but not massively keen. I'm struggling! Please hit me with.suggestions

Check out Sean Yeager Adventures - they are in print, on ebook and kindle free. Quite unlike any other series and written for reluctant readers.

I'm late to the party but popped in to say Eragon. There's 3 or 4 books in the series, quite like Lord of the rings in that the characters are on a quest. I'm trying to convince my 12 year old to read them! Also agree with Divergent trilogy.
