Teenager new books - post apocalyptic

Had good ideas off mumsnet in past and looking for Christmas.Liked divergent, hunger games,the host,beautiful creatures etc. Has loads of books. Anything new(ish) in this genre that she woud like?

Bloodsong and Bloodtide by Melvin Burgess are post-Apocalyptic (as well as being a modern take on famous Nordic sagas).

Also recommend the Unwind series by Neal Shusterman.

The old Jean Ure trilogy - Plague 99 and its sequels - is good, as are books by John Wyndham - The Day of the Triffids is perfectly good for a 15 yr old, as is The Midwich Cuckoos, The Kraken Wakes.

Only Ever Yours which is a bit like a teen version of The Handmaiden 's Tale. Thought provoking and very readable.

Majorie Blackman's "noughts and crosses" is a future set star-crossed-lovers-type teen fiction which turns up on a lot of 'best 100 books' lists.
