Thank you for this lovely picture book. My ds loves Kipper. We have previously only borrowed them from the library, but we do have a much used cd 'A Basketful of Kipper'. We have not read this one before, but it was an instant hit. He found Tiger's explanation of when 'tomorrow' and 'yesterday' was, hilarious. The bright, cheerful illustrations, cute dogs and warmth from the overall story make this an excellent picture book. It is understandable why it still remains a favourite with parents and children alike.

My DS loves this book. The illustrations are so lovely and it is now a bedtime favourite.

Received my free copy in time for my daughter's 4th birthday! We don't have any of the Kipper books or any by Mick Inkpen actually, but my daughter loved Kipper's birthday. Lovely illustrations and the story is written beautifully. I enjoyed reading it to my daughter and she loved listening to it.

What an adorable character Kipper is, can't wait to read more from the collection.

Ps THANK YOU for our free copy.

Me and my children really enjoyed this book as we have with all of Mike Inkpen's Kipper stories. My eldest son particularly enjoyed it as it was his birthday recently and he was also having a birthday party. I'm sure this will become a firm favourite in our house.

Finally managed to do this review! DS (3 and a half) loved it, we enjoyed when Kipper made the flat cake, and then when he ate it all himself.... I like the tone of the writing, it allows for fun when reading to DS.
It's our first Kipper story and I will definitely be getting some more for us to read.
