Audio books for my nearly-teen

My DD1 (12) loves books and likes to drift off to sleep listening to audio books. She's listened to our Harry Potter audio books endlessly and is looking for something new. She's bright and interested but needs to stretch her reading scope a bit. Any good suggestions?
She's recently enjoyed Wonder and Ketchup Clouds and some of the Girls series of Jacqueline Wilson books. She's currently reading My sister lives on the mantelpiece.

When I was that age I loved listening to Wind in The Willows, Whistle Down the Wind and Anne of Green Gables. Don't know if that's to twee for todays pre teen though. What about Little Women, great chance to get her into the classics.

I tried her on Little Women but that didn't grab her. I am trying to persuade her to read my old copies of the Anne of Green Gables stories which I loved. But as we have the hard copies of those, I don't want to buy the audio book until she's hooked. Thanks for the suggestions.

The David Walliams books are good and there is an offer on the Book People website at the moment, I enjoy listening to those too.

Oh yes, Hitchhikers' Guide. That'd be perfect, and I have the CDs somewhere ... Thanks for all the suggestions. For now she's chosen Frozen in Time by Ali Sparkes and we'll see how that goes. Great to have more ideas though so thanks to everyone for your thoughts.

The Tiffany Aching books are magic, as are all the discworld books. I have loads of the audio versions and they make great listening. The Tony Robinson ones are abridged but it is possible to buy them complete and unabridged.

My ds 11 who also loves audio books and Harry Potter has loved the Shapeshifter series by Ali Sparkes. It's Harry Potteresque but different.

The Diamond of Dury lane series of books as Audio books are pretty good.

For something completely different, DS really enjoyed Old Yeller (known best as the American film everyone cries at).

Just William. DS listens to it over and over again.

C.S. Lewis's Narnia books are available as audio books, she might enjoy those.
