Hidden Gruffalos...

We love how there is a Gruffalo hiding somewhere in most of Julia Donaldson and Axel Schaffer's books. We have spotted him in Stickman, Highway Rat, Zog, tiddler and snail and the whale but it's driving me mad I can't find one in Room on the Broom. Has anyone else spotted one?!

Not related at all at all, but I thought for a moment you were talking about the Gruffalo Trail at Bedgebury Pinetum and it's a good opportunity to remind those with gruffalo fans of the great day out to be had (though you do have to pay for parking) just off the A21 in Kent.

We don't have that one... shall invest before Christmas. I do love them, so much more calming than short episodes of shite on tv <glares at DH for introducing DD to Peppa Fucking Pig>

Snail and the Whale is beautiful and the best - will fight anyone who says otherwise.

Axel Schaeffler started adding them in after he became a Dad. IIRC there isn't one in room on the broom, Charlie Cook, the snail and the whale or squash and a squeeze.

I asked an inside source.

Look again, there is one in the snail and the whale. Plus I found a stickman in tabby mctat
