pay for a summer nanny

I've just been offered a job in the summer holidays to look a child who is 6 years old, for 2 weeks, 4 days a week.
However I've no idea how much to charge them for this..
By the summer I would have finished my A levels and will be heading to uni to study Early Childhood Studies, so don't actually hold any childcare qualifications. I have been babysitting for 3 years now and have lots of experience in childcare settings and I also volunteered at a local rainbows and work part time in a childrens indoor play area.
I usually charge £5 per hour for babysitting, so would it be reasonable to charge this for the summer job?
The hours im working is 8pm - 6pm.

It would be great if you could let me know what you think would be a reasonable pay.. as they are asking me what I charge.
Thanks.

Assuming you are 18 then £5 an hour would be fine.

Assuming you'll be live out you need to be paid at least minimum wage for you age group.

Make sure they adminster PAYE properly and deduct your tax and NI contributions (which assuming you haven't worked this year will be £0) but it could affect you working when you go to university and all contributions will count towards a qualifying year for your pension etc, which I know is a long way off but important to think about!

I think £5 an hr would be fair as its first nanny job and excellent experience for you. I suppose you could ask for £6 an hr then negotiate if need be.
