When my DD1 (7) goes to the CM after school I am happy for her just to chill out, play Barbies, do drawing and have her dinner. Once the weather is nicer they go to the park. If my CM gets a chance to hear her reading book or do any of her homework, I love her forever and am eternally grateful !

So far my after schoolers have played a couple of Orchard Toys games, made pizza, baked cookies and decorated them, park, hide and seek, paper airoplanes and decorated them, telly. I always ask the parents whether they're happy for their children to watch TV but I think that after a full day of school they should be allowed to relax a bit.

my after schoolers mum doesnt mind him waching tv but he tends to bore of thatquickly, so we choose an activity first then watch some tv, all the children seem to like it :D

Crikey you do loads, I tend to leave them to it to just chill out.
They can play in the garden, use hand held games like ds's, tend not to use the wii.
Best thing ours love is making a den with sheets and pillows, chairs etc, give them a load of shiny fabric and they make up stories.they can watch tv if they ask but I don't just leave it on.

Same as Dan really. Usually have about half hour to hour (depending on weather) of running around and playing in the school playground (or park) then come back and they have free play while I start making dinner.

Mine made chocolate muffins today (could've eaten my own arm as I'm on a diet!) and played games on the cbbc website and that was it. This morning my schoolies just watched TV and ate breakfast and it was loooovely!
