Anyone know where I can get a basic temporary contract for childminding?

I am going to be looking after a 9 month old baby four days a week and then an 8 year old sibling for a couple of days each holiday.

I have the proper NCMA contract for the baby but think will just sign 8 yr old up to a temporary contract each holiday depending on if I am needed.

Does anyone know where I can get a template?

Thanks

I have a short-term contract from the NCMA, would that do - it covers 28 days I think.

The contract is only to safeguard you both about payment and being let down. You do not need one for insurance.
If she puts in writing the dates she wants and that she will pay in advance and you also do the same then its the same as a contract. The important bits are the permission forms and the parental contact info which you can do as normal.

Thanks

I have just typed up a side of A4 with names, childs details, hourly rate and hours needed for us both to sign.

I think that should cover it.

I use the full ncma contract but write on it 'as and when required' in the additional info box, rather than fill in contracted hours, was told by ncma that would cover me.

btw, if you have ncma insurance, then you have to use ncma contracts to be covered.

only if you want to take them to court to get unpaid money not for public liability.

morton and michel have ecellent contracts and their insurance is less than ncma!!
