I have been offered a position which is 4 days Tuesday-Friday. What holiday am I entitled to as the Bank Holidays will never be included? Thanks

5.6 weeks x 4days

22.4 days but this should be rounded up not down really.

Agree with juneybean.
You can use the BusinessLink: Holiday Calculator to confirm this for yourself.

Good Friday will fall on your working day. Boxing Day also varies year to year.
Bank Holidays 2010-2012

Not quite true, in 2010 there are 5 Monday bank hols, 2 fridays (NYD and good fri) and 1 Tuesday (Boxing day). So, starting now, good fri and boxing day would overlap with your working days and you might get them as paid leave.

As I'm sure you know, the legal min of 5.6 weeks (pro ratad) can include bank holidays. If your contract says you are entitled to 8 BH proratad (this is something you'd need to negotiate), then you should get 8x4/5 = 6.4 days additional bank holidays. 2 of these would be used up by the two bhs, as mentioned above. That leaves 4.4 days additional leave that you're entitled to.

Your contract may be more favourable than statutory minimum. When you get the contract, have a look and see what it says. If it's more than 22.4 days then there isn't a problem. If it's less, then you need to advice the parents that statutory minimum would be 22.4 days.
