Snow-day activity ideas needed!

I live abroad and so far we have escaped the snowy weather. Alas it swooped in today and it's forecast to last for some time.
I work as a nanny for 3 children 14mth, 5 and nearly 7. We are expecting the schools to be closed next week.
The eldest has profound sen - and the snow means we are going to be housebound (far too cold for her, and makes pushing a wheelchair nigh on impossible).

I need indoor activity ideas to keep them (and myself) from going insane! (we are outdoors monsters!). Can anyone please tell me what they have been up to/have planned so I can pilfer ideas? Don't worry about the sen aspect -I'm pretty good at adapting to suit abilities and needs.

Due to feed times etc I don't really have a block of more than an hour at any one time to set up/do/tidy away.
Any ideas would be gratefully received!

at work this week (preschool) we brought snow in and put it in the empty sand tray. kids added drips of food colouring and glitter and stirred it in, played with it with small spades, scoops and spoons. Was great fun to experiment with and would suit the ages of all the children I think.

Make snow cards / valentines / easter cards

If you have a condensation window do some 'art' on it with fingers / shapes.

make bird food - porridge oats, grated cheese, crushed nuts.

make snaw themed biscuits / cakes cook in 1 session, decorate in another?

Fill shallow bowl with things from outdoors (holly, other leafy things, petals, berries etc) or maybe colourful bits from arts and crafts items, then fill bowl with water and lay a little bit of string in one place in a sort of loop. Leave outside overnight and it will freeze then you can hang on trees etc - very pretty
