Should I go back to being a CM when we move?

I did it for 7 years until we moved from Scotland to England. I then did my NCMA course thingy can't remember what it's called - and then started my inspection process with OFSTED. However, in 2007 I got a Christmas job in a hgih street store, as obviously I needed the money, and have stayed there ever since, not going back to being a CM.
However, in february we move "up north", into Yorkshire. Now I have Fibromayglia and admit that working for an employer is a struggle at times. I also miss being my own boss - Christmas for example, I have to wrok, I can't take my hols when it suits me, and. never thought I'd say this, but I do miss it. I've had 2 years now of having my house back, no mess, no other children to looka fter.

BUT, I don't want to go back to shop work and need something thats going to fit in with my health (CM ing does)

Difficult Saltire - what a dilemma

I do understand the problem - but is it worth all the palaver? I can send you all the paperwork, but how about re-registering; is that a performance?

Hmmm.... I would say a unanimous no - but as you say it is nice to choose your hours etc. What about paperwork aspect? Hassles with parents? etc etc.

Why not write out pros and cons?

Also, where in Yorskhire are you moving to? Don't have to say on here but look as close as you can to where you are moving, at what current cms are charging. In some areas rates are pretty low (good for parents, bad for cms)!

Go back Salty, (and by the way have you had your Swine Flu Jab, if not why not, I am currently in Hospital after Swine Flu turned to pneumonia, get a jab, Fibro added complications)

As you know you can take things at your own pace, dont think I could do anyother job as easily.

Shoshe - why are you here and not in bed taking it easy?

I haven't had the SF jab, or even teh seasonal flu jab for that matter, I've never even had a letter about it. I had the flu jabs 4 times in teh past and each time was very ill afterwards.

Thanks for opinion on this. Still tryig to decide. If I do go back to it, it would probably be after school care, or maybe one under 5.
