Ofsted nanny inspection - what do i need?

Apologies, im sure someone posted about this not that long ago but i cant seem to find the thread!
I am a nanny and ofsted phoned today to say they'd like to come round and inspect my docs etc. She asked if i could come tomorrow but i explained my boss was off work and we would all be out for the day, so shes said she will call on monday and arrange a time to visit next week. She said that it should only take 15 min and that she can do it with the DT's are at nursery, which i guess is helpful!
Anyway, just wondering what i need to show her. I have somehow misplaced my first aid and crb certs (i can picture the folder they are in, and i know i saw it recently, so WHERE IS IT?!) but she said she didnt need to see the first aid cert, as long as i definitely have one, i assume cos i had to send them a copy earlier in the year. She didnt mention the crb.
I do have however have my insurance certificate, copy of my contract, NI number, certificate to say that ive done the Introduction to home based childcare course, my registration certificate, a diary of medication that the boys have been given signed by my boss, a letter to say i am allowed to give them medicine such as calpol, nurofen, or prescribed medicine, and that i have permission to take them to the dr/seek medical treatment....

is there anything else i am missing?

Thanks in advance!!

It's in this thread that ilovethecake tells as how their "nanny inspection" went, what the inspector wanted to see.

1, About safeguarding, am i aware of child protection?
2, Do i have the relevant childcare qualification?
3, Are the premises suitable that i work in,suitable equipment, risk assessment, eg in the kitchen is everything safe.. plugs, wires, cooker etc, is anything faulty?
4, How to deal with a complaint, write the complaint in the diary, show employers,date and sign it, and write all sorted!! or if your employers want they can phone OFSTED on 08456 404040.
5, Insurance, registered certificate.
she also mentioned to provide information in a diary, nappy changes,medicine administered, so we don't overdose our charges! (she also stated that we should get our employers to sign a consent form so that we can administer medicine while in charge of our charges!!, outings where to..!
the thing she did keep saying is that we should tell Ofsted of any changes, if we change job, the family move etc,
~~~ end ~~~
Reminds me, should sort out some kind of form for my boss to sign saying I can administer medication. May even do a form for taking the children out of the house - seems a bit extreme though, have to go out of the house to take the eldest to school.
Thanks Nick - not sure when they are coming now, as she said she would call me on monday to arrange a time, and its now nearly wednesday... they'd better hurry up or i wont even be there anymore, as I was made redundant the day after they called!
Good grief. Ofsted has definitely become too big.
I have no need to sign any forms for Ofsted, especially since my nanny's contract outlines my expectations on administering medicine (i.e. notify me at work, and adminsiter without my consent if I am not available).
This is exactly why I oppose Ofsted registration for nannies. Nanny state (pardon the pun) gone mad!
I don't pay my nanny to do all this paperwork. I pay her to look after my kids as I (and she) see fit. Bye bye Ofsted. Go meddle with the childminders... as you do so well.
Don't even get me started on it... The only reason I am registered is because I was offered a fairly considerable financial incentive to do so. The hoops he have made us jump through to be registered, whilst not actually verifying any of my ID, for example, are unbelievable and a total waste of time and energy that could be better focussed elsewhere. IMHO!
Hi, I have been a live out nanny for nearly 2 years now and I got a phone call of ofsted for a random check. What do I need to provide? The children I look after are 9 and 10 years old. I am really worried about how it’s going to go! I previously worked in a nursery for 3 years however I was never asked questions by them when they came to visit, is it the same as the visits to schools? Thanks
