Any other childminders having problems with Busy Bees Vouchers? (sorry long!)

I received an email from Computer share Vousher Services (which is apparantly the new name for Busy bees)saying that i have a remittance available to view.
when i tried to look at it i then discovered that the name had changed from Busy Bees to Computer Share Voucher Services and that i needed new log in details to view it!

They had also suspended my 'account' with them as they were waiting for verificaton of my registration which they had not asked for!
Plus i have been with them for the last 6 years without them needing to see my certificate!

I have now found out that they have cancelled the parents automatic transactions to me and not told them either!
So it is now 10th November and i have still not received some payments from October!

When you phone them it takes about 20mins to get through to anyone, then they cant tell you anything or check on any incoming payments because its not my account!

AAARRRGGGGHHHH!

I have had to notify 6 of my parents about the problems and they are all completely unaware of these issues as they have had no contact from them either!

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with them?

My LEA/council stopped using BusyBees this year because they are so crap - they use Fidelti instead, who are a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Chambers Childcare however, who issue my dh's vouchers, are a complete nightmare. Just recently they paid my previous cm (who we haven't used for 3 years and who EXPELLED my ds at 9 months old) instead of my present (fabulous) cm. They were all apologetic and promised to fix it, but then did it again!

Hi all, just wanted to let you all know the latest on this subject...well computershare didnt really address any of the issues i raised in the first letter i sent them, and completely ignored the invoice i sent them for late payment of fees.
I sent them a second letter with another invoice...which had added fees for further late payments demanding they pay it and address the other issues.
Anyway i had a phonecall from them today apologising about all the problems and to tell me that they have sent payment of the invoice to my bank account.
Apparantly they have recruited more staff to handle the volume of calls and complaints and are hoping that the problems have all been sorted out regarding the late payments.

Personally i feel we will have to wait and see...as i am still waiting for a payment from November and only got another one confirmed today! These are for Novembers fees and its now 8th December!

Has anyone else had any feedback from them or had late payment fees paid by them?

UPDATE: Finally had payment paid into my bank account after 2nd letter and invoice sent, numerous phonecalls and being passed from pillar to post!

Definately worth it though, i dont think they should be allowed to treat people the way they do!

I do believe that they were just fobbing me off to begin with and had no intention of paying it, but because i kept phoning them and being very insistant they pay it, they finally did!
