CM Club - What to do about these adhoc contracts.......

I have 2 adhoc school aged mindees coming to me during the half term.

One is coming for 4 full days and has never been here before so will do a full contract as need to obtain all their details etc.

Other one is only coming for couple of hours each day for ust 2 days. This mindee came to me when he was 2 so I have a contract from then with all their details. I really don't want to do a new contract for these few hours as I reckon the cost of the contract isn't much different to the amount I'm being paid. Do you think I could do something in word referring to the old contract but showing these adhoc hours??

TIA

depends on your insurance - if you are with NCMA then for the contract to be legal and stand up in an insurance claim then it needs to be their contract.

If you are with MM then a word doc is fine.

However, if you just want to do a word contract then it should be fine for just over half term - fingers crossed!

I have a blank contract in word - if you pm me your email ill send you a copy.

Thanks so much but I have something in word which I've used for contract amendments and it should be fine. We're only talking about roughly 4 hours care in total so hardly seems worrying about . I'm not worried about not being paid as if I'm not paid by the time mindee is due, I just refuse care

Right, I'll so that for the few hour one and then the proper contract for the 4 days, sounds ok doesn't it?
