A grown woman and scared of my CM

Am having a wobble with my CM. I'll admit she has many strengths, and those usually make up for the rest, always believe it's good for kids to experience a wide range of environments and life. However at the moment her son's really playing up (year older than mine, with diagnosis that comes with behavious probs and diffic transitioning into next year group) and getting v physical with my DS aged 6. I know DS can stand up for himself, but he keeps seeming to get the blame when it's not always him that's initiating. OK I'm not there to see - but I KNOW the other kid and what he's capable of. On the plus side needs to learn to manage others behaviiour, but firstly he's starting to act out a bit too (fisticuffs in the playground at 2 paces yesterday) and I think it's coming from CMs, and secondly CM appears to be relishing telling me and DH any little agressive thing DS's done. I don't want to overplay the aggression of my DS, it's not loads - practicing Karate for example. Shall I have it out with her - how, she scares me? Do I wait for her DS to calm down, which history suggests he will, do I switch CM - help there aren't any others. Will it damage him? Is it possible to get a personal nanny for like 4 hours a day, say 2-6 do you reckon?
Advice gratefully received!!

I would say maybe have a chat with the childminder first before you decide on alternative childcare. Saying that tho you may be able to get a nanny just for the afternoons or do a nannyshare.
